Why did we sponsor Ryan?
He is the second child in a family of four. His mother passed away when he was 10 years old and his father remarried a woman with three children. The four children from his first marriage were left to their aunt who was 72 years old at that time. It was impossible for her to pay for Ryan’s studies.
Because Ryan has finished high school in 2021 with good academic results Kids to school decided to sponsor him because education will increase his chance to build a better future independently. He started his Bachelor of Science in Criminology at the University of Iloilo in September 2022.
Ryan chose to stop his studies in early 2024 due to family circumstances.
